Hanbit University offers a range of modern facilities designed to support student success and enrich campus life.

"Esthetician" or "esthetics operator" means an individual who, for compensation, engages in any one or a combination of the following practices, esthetics, or cosmetic skin care:

• (A) Massaging the face, neck, décolletage, or arms of an individual;
• (B) Trimming, tweezing, shaping, or threading eyebrows;
• (C) Dyeing eyelashes or eyebrows or applying eyelash extensions; or
• (D) Waxing, threading, stimulating, cleansing, or beautifying the face, neck, arms, torso, or legs of an individual by any method with the aid of the hands or any mechanical or electrical apparatus or by the use of a cosmetic preparation.

Such practices of esthetics shall not include the diagnosis, treatment, or therapy of any dermatological condition or medical aesthetics or the use of lasers. Such term shall not apply to an individual whose activities are limited to the application of cosmetics.



“美容师”或“美容师操作者”是指从事以下任何一项或多项美容或皮肤护理工作并获取报酬的个人：

• (A) 按摩个人的面部、颈部、胸部或手臂；

• (B) 修剪、拔毛、塑形或穿线眉毛；

• (C) 染睫毛或眉毛，或接睫毛；或

"Esteticista" u "operador de estética" se refiere a una persona que, a cambio de una remuneración, realiza una o varias de las siguientes prácticas, ya sean estéticas o cosméticas para el cuidado de la piel:

(A) Masajear el rostro, cuello, escote o brazos;

(B) Recortar, depilar, dar forma o depilar las cejas con hilo;

(C) Teñir pestañas o cejas o aplicar extensiones de pestañas; o

(D) Depilar con cera, depilar con hilo, estimular, limpiar o embellecer el rostro, cuello, brazos, torso o piernas mediante cualquier método manual, con cualquier aparato mecánico o eléctrico, o mediante el uso de una preparación cosmética.

Dichas prácticas de estética no incluyen el diagnóstico, tratamiento o terapia de ninguna afección dermatológica, ni la medicina estética, ni el uso de láser. Este término no se aplica a personas cuyas actividades se limitan a la aplicación de cosméticos.
