  • For Undergraduate Degree Program Applicants, applicants should hold a high school diploma and transcript or its equivalent and must present a along with transcripts indicating a minim grade point average of 2.00 on a 4.0 scale or its equivalent from an accredited high school or college.

  • Applicants whose native language is not English and who have not earned a degree from an appropriately accredited institution where English is the principal language of instruction must demonstrate college-level proficiency in English through one of the following for admission: The student must have completed a two-year (60 semester credits or 90 quarter credits) undergraduate- or graduate-level, English-based education in an institution: i. accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education, or ii. in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada (except Quebec), New Zealand, Ireland, or any other country where English is the official language. iii. In all cases, English must have been both the language of instruction and the language of the curriculum used. The student must have obtained a minimum score of 500 on the Paper-Based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL PBT), or 61 on the Internet-Based Test (iBT), or 6.0 on the International English Language Test (IELTS).


  • For evaluation of transfer credit, applicants must provide official transcripts sent directly from their school to the HANBIT UNIVERSITY Office of Admissions. Some applicants may also be asked to provide course syllabi. Transcripts from foreign countries must be translated into English and evaluated by an approved credentials evaluation service.


  • To be eligible for transferring credits to the Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Information Technology program HANBIT UNIVERSITY, students must have completed at least one trimester (or semester or quarter) with Bachelor’s level coursework from another other institution. Coursework completed at this level must have a grade of "B", or higher, or 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. HANBIT UNIVERSITY follows the same transfer credit policies as other Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Information Technology programs. Transfer credits can be received up to 75% for both Business or Information Technology.
